RESOLUTION NO. 84- 112
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR
1984 SYSTEMS IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an approved Capital Imprcvements
Program, and
WHEREAS, the approved 1984 CIP allocates $25,000 to be expended on
systems improvements, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed
and recommended that the systems improvements as listed in a memo
dated February 3, 1984, be approved, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council has reviewed this recommendation
and finds it to be consistent with the 1984 Capital Improvements
Program,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby
authorized to transfer $25,000 from the revenue sharing account
203-203-965 to the construction fund 401-000-501.00 to be spent
for systems improvements projects as outlined in a memo from
the Director of Park and Recreation, dated February 3, 1984.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byCouncilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing Votea 1n favor thereof: -;ypr Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider
