Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 110
RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 403
HADLEY WOODS ADDITION
UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted January 9, 1984, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik R Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of Hadley Woods Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed protect includes installation of 7 -ton bituminous street
with concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on February 27, 1984;
NOW, 'HEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMGUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the report is hereby received and placed on file.
2. That the improvements in the report will he considered with the
final plat of Hadley Woods Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain and upon vote being taken thereon, the
T -lo Tow ng voted in favor thereof: Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly Pdssed allod adopted.
