Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of

adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 109
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS ON
LOT 1, BLOCK 2, MERRY MIDDLEMIST ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Robert Middlemist and David Berthiaume have
petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the following utility and drainage
easements:
A 20 foot wide drainaqe and utility easement over and across that part
of Lot 1, Block 2, MERRY MIDDLEMIST, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and
the centerline of said easement is described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 1: thence northeast-
erly along the west line of said Lot 1 on an assumed hearing of North
22 degrees 51 minutes 24 seconds East a distance of 101.05 feet;
thence northeasterly 5.00 feet along a tangential curve concave to the
east, central angle 2 dearees 26 minutes 08 seconds, radius 117.62
feet, to the point of beginning of centerline to be described; thence
South 46 degree: East not tangent to last described curve a distance
of 125 feet more or less to the intersection with a lie, drawn from a
point of the east line of said Lot 1 distant 40 feet north of the
southeast corner thereof to a point on the south line of said Lot 1
distant 40.00 feet west of said southeast corner, and there termin-
ating.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of April 2, 1984 at
7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boule-
vard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider
and Crain

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
