Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of
181"',, 1984. The following members were present: Mavor Davenport,
Councitmembers Schneider and Crain The follow11nq members were
absent: Counci I members Moen and Nei s
Co n 11m mber Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
ad option
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 107
APPROVING NO PARKING SIGN INSTALLATION
36TH AVENUE FROM ZACHARY LANE TO WEST END OF STREET
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Ennineer that for the safety of the
public No Parking signs should be placed on both sides of 36th Avenue from
Zachary Lane to the west end of the street
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that No Parking signs shall be placed on both sides of the
following street:
36th Avenue from Zachary Lane to the west end of the street
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereof: Mayor Davenport, Councitmembers Schneider
and Crain
