Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of
February , 1984. The following members were present: �ynr Davenport.

Councilmember Schneider introduced the followina Resolution and moved its
adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 106
APPROVING NO PARKING SIGN INSTALLATION
OLD COUNTY ROAD 15 FROM COUNTY ROAD 73 TO NATHAN LANE
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Enqineer that for the safety of the
public No Parking siqns should be placed on both sides of Old County Road 15
from County Road 73 to Nathan Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that No Parking siqns shall be placed on both sides of the
following street:
Old County Road 15 from County Road 73 to Nathan Lane
The motion for the adoption of the foregoinq Resolution was duly seconded by
Shun ilmember Crain , and upon vote beinq taken thereon the
oP llowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider
and Crain

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passeW and adopted.
