Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, as e meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 104
APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
DUNKIRK LANE IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 408
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has designated Short -Elliott -Hendrickson, Inc. as
the consultant for the Dunkirk Lane Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager was authorized to prepared an "Agreement for Engineering
Services" and such an agreement is attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the attached "Agreement for Engineering Services between Plymouth,
Minnesota and Short -Elliott -Hendrickson, Inc." is hereby approved and that the
Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute same on behalf of the City
of Plymouth.
FURTHER, that the Engineer is directed to proceed with the Phase I services.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
