Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, asaecial meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
27th day Of Fehruary , 19j4_. The following members were

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 84- 103
RECEIVING PETITION FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COUNTY ROAD 61
BASS LAKE HEIGHTS ADDITION
WHEREAS, the developer of the Bass Lake Heights Addition has submitted a petition
for the improvement of County Road 61 within the Bass Lake Heights Addition; and
WHEREAS, the development contract for this addition contains the provision and
the developer's requirement with regard to the improvement of County Road 61; and
WHEREAS, only outlots are being platted adjacent to County Road 61 at this time;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESO-A that the petition for the improvement of County Road 61 within the Bass
Lake Heights Addition be received and placed on file.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the improvement of County Road 61 will be considered
in conjunction with the replatting of the outlots adjacent to County Road 61.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passea and adopted.
