Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resol,ition and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 102
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
ZACHARY HILLS 3RD AND 4TH ADDITIONS
STREET AND UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 412
WHEREAS, the developer of Zachary Hills 3rd and 4th Additions has petitioned the
City to install 7 -ton bituminous street with concrete curh and gutter, drainage
facilities, sanitary sewer, watermain and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such protects will be assessed for all or a
portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik 3 Associates for study and that the enoineers be instructed to
report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advisinq the Council, in
a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider
and Crain
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an adopted.
