Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a speciaj meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heron the 27th day of
February , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
ouncilmembers rchneider and Crain The following members were

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-101
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROSECT
STREET LIGHTING - FOX RUN ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted February 6, 1984, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Fox Run Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights
and this report was received by the Council February 27, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were sinned by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted February 6, 1984. The petitioners have waived their right to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain 'and upon vote being taken thereo, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Schneider and

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
