HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-092CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a 's ecial meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t day of February 1984, The following members were present:.:MayorDavenpor ouncilmembers Scnn7TTt1" and Crain.. _ The following members were absent: anA mailc !\i •fit Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 92 APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION AND VARIANCE FOR HAROLD HYTJAN AND RORFRT SFVEY (83068) WHEREAS, Harold Hytjan and Robert Sevey have requested Lot Division/Consolidation and Variances for property located east of Fernbrook Lane, generally in the Southwest Quarter of Section 10 and the Northwest Quarter of Section 15; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended approval: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Lot Division. Consolidation EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION: (Hytjan Property) The South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Ouarter, Section 10, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. (Sevey Property) The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Ouarter of Section 15, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. To be divided and consolidated as follows: PARCEL A The South Half of the Southwest Ouarter of the Southwest Ouarter, Section in, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except the southerly 40.0 feet thereof. PARCEL B The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Ouarter of Section 15, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. ALSO PLEASE SEE PAGE TWO .Page two Resolution No. 84-92 Parcel B (cont'd) The southerly 40.0 feet of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 10, Township 118, Rance 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by Hennepin County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain . and upon vote being taken Whereupon the Resolution was declared dsk8
