HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-089CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Aaecial meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held On the 27th day of February . 1984- The following members were present:, Mavnr Davenport, Muncilreawei's'i�Rit8Td8F and amain The iollaw ng rs were a sent: rnunci me e'1 mfrs Moen i<na NEVIS HrR stf Councilmember Crain introduced the followinm R --solution and moved its adoptions RESOLUTION NO. 84- 89 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION/VARIARCFS FOR ROBERT SEVEY (83060) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division/Variance for Robert Sevey for two parcels located at 14100 County Road 6 under Resolution "o.84-a0_,- NOW, o.84-gg;NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to he met prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Division: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum 2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -Lieu of dedication prior to Issuance of Building Permit in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance. 4. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with Hennepin County. 5. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Division with Hennepin County. 6. Approved Variances are: a.) Dividing the property by means of metes and bounds description rather than platting. b.) Dividing property for development without the extension of utilities. c.) Parcel B does not front onto a public road. d.) Parcels 8 is less than the Ordinance defined minimum lot size ft acre vs. 2 acres). e.) No dedication of right-of-way for County Road 6/I-494 interchange which is shown on the Thoroughfare Guide Plan, but which is not desinned or scheduled for construction. Page two Resolution No. 84- 89 • 7, This Lot Division and the related Lot Consolidation (proposed by Warner Spray Tech, A-564) shall be filed within thirty days of approval. This approval shall be null and void if, for any reason, the Lot Division is not recorded with the Wagner Tech Lot Consolidation.
