Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t�th day' of February 1984.

Councilmember Crain introduced the followina Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-88
APPROVING LOT DIVISION AND VARIANCE FOR ROBERT SEVEY FOR TWO PARCELS LOCATED AT 14100
COUNTY ROAD 6 (83060)
WHEREAS, Robert Sevey has requested division of an approximate 5 acre site into three
parcels; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended approval
of a division resulting in two parcels:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following division:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
That part of the west 660.00 feet of the Northwest Ouarter of the Southwest Ouarter of
Section 27, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying north of the cen-
ter line of County Road No. 6, and East of the East line of the West Half of the West
Half of said Northwest Ouarter of the Southwest Ouarter except the north 625 feet
thereof; according to the Government Survey thereof.
To be divided as follows:
PARCEL A:
That part of the west 660.00 feet of the Northwest Ouarter of the Southwest Duarter of
Section 27, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota lyino southerly of the
north 625.00 feet of said Northwest Ouarter, easterly of the east line of the West Half
of the West Half of said Northwest Ouarter and northerly of the center line of County
Road Ni. 6 described as follows:
Commcncinq at the northwest corner of the above described tract: thence southerly
along the west line of above described tract 286.99 feet to the intersection with
the south line of the north 911.99 of said northwest Ouarter: thence easterly
along said south line 131.12 feet to the point of beoinnina; thence northerly
256.99 feet, parallel with the west line of above described tract: thence easterly
196.97 feet, parallel with the north i ine of above described tract to the east
line of above described tract; thence southerly 542.28 feet to the intersection
with a line bearing south 34 degrees 35 minutes 01 seconds Fast from the point of
beginning (for the purpose of this description the west line of the above des-
cribed tract has an assumed bearina of North 00 decrees 08 minutes 03 seconds
West); thence North 34 degrees 35 minutes 01 seconds East 345.98 feet to the point
of beginning; ALSO,

degrees 35 minutes 01 seconds East 345.98 feet to the east line of above described
tract (for the purpose of this description the west line of the above described
tract has an assumed bearing of North 00 degrees 08 minutes 03 seconds west);
thence southerly 103.62 feet along said east line to the southeast corner of the
above described tract; thence westerly 326.73 feet alono the south line of the
above described tract to the southwest corner thereof; thence northerly 365.00
feet along the west line of above described tract to the point of beoinninq.

along said south line 131.12 feet; thence northerly 256.99 feet, parallel with the
west line of above described tract; thence easterly 196.97 feet, parallel with the
north line of above described tract to the east line of above described tract;
thence northerly 30.00 feet alonq said east line to the intersection with the
north line of said tract; thence westerly alonq said north line to the point of
beginning.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by Hennepin
County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council member- Schneider - and u
