Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, r re ular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-84
DESIGNATING CONSULTANT FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF DUNKIRK LANE IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 408
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as part of the 1984 Capital Improvemen`_s Program
is proposing to improve Dunkirk Lane from County Road 6 to County Road 24; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate a consulting engineering for this project;
and
WHEREAS, the Consultant Selection Committee has interviewed consultants in accord-
ance with the City policy and selected three firms to submit proposals for the
project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Short -Elliott -Hendrickson, Inc.
be designated as the consultant for the Dunkirk Lane Improvement Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to prepare an Agreement
for Engineering Services for Council approval.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
