HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-080CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular sleeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of F br air 1984. The following members were present; Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: Councilme er Lrain Councilmember Neils Introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption RESOLUTION NO. 84- 80 APPROVING NO PARKING SIGN INSTALLATION EVERGREEN LANE NORTH OF HIGHWAY 55 WHEREAS, It has been determined by the City Engineer that for the safety of the public No Parking signs should be placed on the east side of Evergreen Lane from Highway 55 north 530 feet; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that No Parking signs shall be placed on the east side of the following street: Evergreen Lane from the northerly right-of-way line of Highway 55 to 530 feet north of said right-of-way. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duty seconded by Luncilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thermen the �o1Lo voted tie in favortib ereof:MaYQr Davenport.
