counci7member Neils introduced the following Resolution and
mov!d its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 79
AMENDING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
ZACHARY HILLS AND ZACHARY HILLS 2ND ADDITIONS
WHEREAS, the development contracts for Zachary Hills and Zachary Hills 2nd
Additions specify that the public improvements are to be completed by December 31,
1980 and December 31, 1982, respectively; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested that these completion dates be extended until
October 1, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the development contracts for Zachary Hills and Zachary Hills 2nd
Additions be amended and the completion dates for the public improvements revised
to October 1, 1984.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
