RESOLUTION APPROVING
PROJECT PATH REPORT/CORRIDOR PROPOSAL/ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT
S.P. 2736-27018
TRUNK HIGHWAY 101
REPLACEMENT OF RAILROAD BRIDGE WITHIN CITY OF WAYZATA
WHEREAS, as required by Minnesota Statutes 161.173, the Department of Transpor-
tation has submitted to the City of Plymouth the Project Path Report/Corridor
Proposal/Environmental Assessment for the improvement of trunk highway 101 at
the Burlington Northern railroad bridge in the City of Wayzata; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project has no direct affect upon the City of Plymouth;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is required to either approve or disapprove of
10 said report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the report as submitted is approved without comment.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
