AND MRS. JOHN FULLMER AND TRAMMELL CROW COMPANY (84001) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division and Variances for Mr. and Mrs. Sohn Fullmer and Trammell Crow Company on property located at the southeast and southwest corners of Interstate Highway 494 and County Road 9 under Resolution No. 84.7A NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Division: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum 2. Submittal of all necessary trail and utility easements prior to filing Lot Division with Hennepin County. Such documents shall be approved by the City Engineer and Attorney prior to filing them with Hennepin County. 3. Approved variances allow the division of the property by metes and bounds description rather than platting; and the creation of Parcels A and C which are substandard in and dimensions for the Planned Industrial District. The variances are based upon the finding that the Subdivision Code variance criteria are met, and the circumstances involving the highway richt-of-way remnants are unique.
