Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of I"ebruar 1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenoort. Councilmembers Moen, ei s ani3T

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 73
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMYT AND LICENSE FOR A DOG KENNEL FOR DR. AND MRS. GORDON
JOHNSON (83067)
WHEREAS, Dr. and Mrs. Gordon Johnson have requested approval of a Conditional Use Per-
mit and a license for a dog kennel on property located within the FRO (future restrict-
ed development) District at the southwest corner of Vicksburg Lane and county Road 47;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hear-
ing, and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Dr. and Mrs. Gordon John-
son for a Conditional Use Permit and license for a dog kennel on property located with-
in the FRO (future restricted development) District at the southwest corner of Vicks-
burg Lane and County Road 47, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit Is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to the petitioner as operator of the kennel and shall not
be transferable.
3. The permit is for a kennel that Is accessory to a proposed single family home;
the permit and license shall not be issued prior to issuance of the occupancy
permit for the home.
4. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
5. The permit and license shall be renewed annually.
6. The number of dogs shall be limited to twelve (12) at any one time.
7. No physical enlargement of the kennel facility Is permitted without an amend-
ment to the Conditional l!se Permit and license following a Public Hearing.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: mayor pave port. Councilmembers Moen, Neils

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
