HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-072CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of February '1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: Councilmember Crain Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84-72 DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK WITH RESPECT TO THE FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 84-71 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has authorized the vacation of a portion of Zachary Lane adjacent to Rolling Hills Park Addition; and WHEREAS, the vacation is only necessary if the developer proceeds with the platting of the proposed addition; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. That the City Clerk is directed to not file the resolution vacating the aforedescribed portion of Zachary Lane until such time as the following conditions occur: a. The City Council has approved the final plat of Rolling Hills Park Addition. 10 b. The developer has executed the development contract for the Rollings Hills Park Addition.
