Pursuant to due
call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of
the City
Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 6th
day of
February
'1984. The following members were present: Mayor
Davenport.
Councilmembers
Moen, Neils and Schneider
The following
members were
absent: Councilmember
Crain
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-72
DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK WITH RESPECT TO THE FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 84-71
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has authorized the vacation of
a portion of Zachary Lane adjacent to Rolling Hills Park Addition; and
WHEREAS, the vacation is only necessary if the developer proceeds with the
platting of the proposed addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as follows:
1. That the City Clerk is directed to not file the resolution
vacating the aforedescribed portion of Zachary Lane until such
time as the following conditions occur:
a. The City Council has approved the final plat of Rolling
Hills Park Addition.
10 b. The developer has executed the development contract for the
Rollings Hills Park Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils
and Schneider
