Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ranylAr meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-6P
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOP. PAYMENT NO. 7
DEEP WELL PUMP NO. 7
PROJECT 010. 210
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7, dated January 3, 1444, for ABE Construction
Co., Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc.
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment
No. 7 in the amount of $4,067.88 to ABE Construction Co., Inc. for Deep Well
Pump No. 7.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
