Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rgaULALmeetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he7d on the

present: Mayor Davenport Councilmembers Moen, Neils _Schneider and Crain
The following mem ers were a sent: none
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N^v. on- 63
APPROVING NO PARKING SIGN INSTALLATION
28TH PLACE, GLACIER LANE AND 27TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Engineer that for the safety of the
public No Parking signs should be placed on both sides of 28th Place, Glacier
Lane and 27th Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that No Parking signs shall be placed on both sides of the following streets:
28th Place as platted in the Circle Star Business Center
3rd Addition
Glacier Lane from 28th Place t, 97th Avenue
. 27th Avenue from 28th Avnue to Fernbrook Lane
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
sA Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ergo : Mayor Davenport Councilmembers Moen Neils.
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
