The following members were present•weMo n- Neils.Schneider and Crain owing The follmem e s re a sent: none Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and move its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 62 REIMBURSING DEVELOPER FOR WATFRMAIN OVERSIZING SCHMIDT LAKE WOODS 4TH ADDITION (A-681) WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and Enterprise Properties have entered into a development contract, dated February 2, 1983, for the development of Schmidt Lake Woods 4th Addition; and WHEREAS, as part of this development the developer was required to place a 16" watermain in lieu of an 8" watermain in order to conform with the City of Plymouth overall water distribution map; and WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City of Plymouth to reimburse developers for the difference between an 8" and a 16" main, and the installation of a 4" sewer service and a 1" water service to serve the park property; and • WHEREAS, this amounts to $8,568.00; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the developer, Enterprise Properties, is to be reimbursed in the amount of $8,568.00 for watermain oversizing equivalent to 570 feet in Schmidt Lake Woods 4th Addition (A-681) and the installation of the required 4" sewer service and 1" water service to serve the park property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fends be allocated from the Utility Trunk Fund.
