Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of January__1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers To— nfe—Ms,
Schneider and Crain

Councilmember Moen introduced the followine Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 57
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR LUNDGREN BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 17215 AND 17225 23RD AVENUE NORTH (83066)
WHEREAS, Lundgren Brothers Construction Company has requested consolidation and
division of two platted lots In order to realign the common property line between the
two parcels;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the following Consolidation:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Lots 13 and 14, Block 1, WILLOW BEND, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be consolidated and divided as follows:
PARCEL A:
Lot 13, Block 1, WILLOW BEND, Hennepin County, Minnesota according to the recorded
plat thereof and that part of Lot 14, Block 1 of said WILLOW BEND which lies
westerly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the northerly line of said Lot 14 distant 10.00 feet
easterly of the northwest corner of said Lot 14; thence southerly to a point on
the southeasterly line of said Lot 14 distant 3.00 feet northeasterly of the most
southerly corner of said Lot 14 and said line there terminatinq.
PARCEL B:
Lot 14, Block 1, WILLOW BEND, Hennepin County, Minnesota accordino to the recorded
plat thereof, except that part which lies westerly of the followinq described
line:
Beginning at a point on the northerly line of said Lot 14 distant 10.00 feet
easterly of the northwest corner of said Lot 14; thence southerly to a point on
the southeasterly line of said Lot 14 distant 3.00 feet northeasterly of the most
southerly corner of said Lot 14 and said line there terminatinq.

FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the -.Ccessary special. assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Division is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councth
ilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
ollowing voted in favor thereof: Mavnr navpnnort. Councilmembers Moen. Neils.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared
