Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on th_e iF' day of January 1984.

The following members were absent: Counci Imember Moen
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-55
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
PUBLIC TRANSIT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM CONTRACT NO. 61757
FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH
PLYMOUTH METROLINK COSTS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1944
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has submitted a transit demonstration project applica-
tion and received approval therefor; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation is the contract administrator for
the Plymouth Metrolink Transit Demonstration Program; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation will reimburse costs to the City
associated with the Plymouth Metrolink project in accordance with Contract No. 61757:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
that It should and hereby does authorize the Mayor and City M,gager to execute Public
Transit Assistance Program Contract No. 61757 for caler r year 1984 with the
Minnesota Department of Transportation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Davenportand upon vote being taken thereon the
ollowing voted in favor thereof: mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider
and Crain
!hereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
