Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
9th day of January , 1984 The following members
were present: Mayor Davenport, ounce mem ors NeiT's7 Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: ounce mem er Foen
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 49
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
TO THE ELM CREEK WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Elm Creek Water Conservation District for 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOT , that Fred Moore is hereby appointed as Director and
Vern Peterson as Laternate Director to the Elm Creek Water Conservation
District for a term expiring January 31, 1985.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
MaX2r Daven ort , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain _
The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
