Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
9th day of January 1984. The following members
were present: Mayor Davenport,m ounce meers N077Schneider and Crain

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 48
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
TO THE BASSETT CREEK FLOOD CONTROL COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the C`ty has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Bassett Creek Flood Control Commission for 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Fred Moore is hereby appointed as Director and
John Sweeney as Alternate Director to the Bassett Creek Flood Control
Commission for a term expiring January 31, 1985.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
