Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th
day of January 19 84 The following members were present:
Mayor Davenport, CounclimelluerSrjei1"T-Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmefter _oen
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-47
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND
ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Suburhan Rate Authority for 1984:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Fred Moore is hereby appointed as Director and
Councilmember Virgil Schneider as Alternate Director to the Suburban Rate
Authority for the year 1984.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolutior was declared duly passed and adopted.
