HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-046CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Cigtyh Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the t day of January 19 84 , The following membe were present: Mayor avenpor ounciTmemes Nein, Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: councilMember Moen rs Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 46 DESIGNATING CITY HEALTH OFFICER FOR 1984 WHEREAS, State Statute requires that a Health Officer for the City of Plymouth be appointed for the year 1984; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Dr. Doug Lowin, 3007 H_.rbor Lane, Plymouth, be appointed to act as Health Officer for the City of Plymouth for 1984. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o ow In voted in "Or thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
