Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth Minnesota, was held on the 9th
day of January , 1964 The following members were present:

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 43
APPOINTING OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER FOR 1984
WHEREAS, Chapter II, Section 200.03(3) of the City Code provides that the
Council shall designate the official newspaper for the City of Plymouth for
the year 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the New Hope -Plymouth Post is hereby appointed as
the official newspaper for the City of Plymouth for 1984.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by _
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote heino taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
