Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on theh day of January 1984
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, unci lmembers Ne-iTs, Schneer
and Crain
The following members were absent: Counilmember Moen

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84 - 41
PEDDLERS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License has been
received from Rodney Burdell Bue, Route 1, Pierz, Minn 56364 to sell firewood door to
door within Plymouth in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, the application has been reviewed and approved by the Police Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants
License is approved for a period beginning January 10th, 1984 and ending December 31,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
