Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on th�h day of January 1984 .
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neil s;
Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: Counci member ..pen
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84 - 40
PEDDLERS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License has been
received from F•FPman James Hayes, Route 1, Pierz, Minn 56364 to sell firewood door to
door within Ply, th in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, the application has been reviewed and approved by the Police Departnent;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL ." THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants
License is approved for a period beginning January 10th, 1984 and ending December 31,
1984
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Davenport and upon vote being taken thereon, the owing voted

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
