Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, as ecip __'al meeting o the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the th day of January 1984 ,
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,ncilmembers Neils, ..c neiiier
and Crain
The followinq members were absent: Councilmember Moen
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84 - 39
PEDDLERS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants 'License has been
received from Steven Duane Bartle, Star Route 8-C, Motley, Minn 56466 to sell firewood
door to door within Plymouth in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code;
and
WHEREAS, the application has been reviewed and approved by the Police Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
10 MINNESOTA, that the application for Peddlers, Solicit,rs, or Transiert Merchants
License is approved for a period beginning January 10th, 1984 and ending December 31,
1984
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo owing voted

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
