Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, w held on the 9th
day of January , 19 84 . The fol owing members were present:

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 38
APPROVING TAXI DRIVERS LICENSES
WHEREAS, application for Taxi Drivers Licenses have been received for
consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council in accordance with
Plymouth City Code, Chapter 1145; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted investigations of the applicants
and finds no reason to deny the licenses requested;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Taxi Drivers Licenses be approved for a period from
January 9, 1984 through December 31, 1984 for the attached list of applicants
subject to compliance by Henry Bierbrauer of Town Taxi with the terms of the
conditional use permit previously approved prior to the issuance of any
licenses.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Davenport. , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: ayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and train
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
