Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th
day of January, 19 84. The following members were present:
Mayor avenpor , members Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: CounctImember Moen
Mayor Davenport introduced the followino Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-37
APPROVING TAXI LICENSE FOR HENRY RIERBRAUER FOR TOWN TAXI
WHEREAS, application for Taxi License has been received for consideration and
approval by the Plymouth City Council in accordance with Plymouth City Code,
Chapter 1145; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no
reason to deny the license request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Taxi License be approved for a period from January
9, 1984 through December 31, 1984 for Henry Bierbrauer for Town Taxi subject
to compliance by the petitioner with the terms of the conditional use permit
previously approved prior to the issuance of license.
The motion for the aQoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counrilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Miyor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
. The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopt**.
