Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a on the 9th
day of January , 19 84 The following members were present:

Councilmember Neils introduced the fnllowing Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-34
APPROVING WINE LICENSE RENEWAL FOR LATUFF'S PIZZERIA
WHEREAS, Michael J. Latuff has requested the renewal of a Wine License for
Latuff's Pizzeria, 11333 Highway 55; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Latuff has met the requirements of Chapter XII, Subdivision 3 of
the Plymouth City Code; and
WHEREAS, the application has been reviewed and approved by the Police
Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Council does hereby approve the renewal of a Wine
License for Latuff's Pizzeria effective February 1, 1984 to expire January 31,
1985.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Davenport , and upon vote belnq taken thereon the
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider
and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
