HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-031CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a specialmeeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th da of January 1984. The followin members were present: M Udvenport, Z unc "5'1e s, Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: Counci mem er Men Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resol,•tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 31 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND HARRISON HILLS ADDITION (79055) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated June 15, 1983, Harrison Hills, Inc., developer of Harrison Hills Addition (79055), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ORIGINAL NEW STAGE 3 ITEM AMOUNT AMOUNT (NO PERMITS) Street Construction $ 60,000 S -0- 9 1,390 Sanitary Sewer 85,000 -0- 1,310 Watermain 70,000 -0- 1,350 Storm Sewer 25,000 -0- 420 Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 11,800 8,600 3,200 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- -0- Street Signs 600 450 ISO Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 2,000 1,000 500 Park and Trail .improvements (Sidewalk) 6,500 4,100 1,400 Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 2,500 1,500 -0- Site Grading 50,000 -0- 4,000 Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Bullts 37,608 1,878 1,617 TOTAL $351,008 517,528 $15,337 That the letter of credit required which was previously reduced to $20,251 he further reduced to $17,528 to reflect the completed work in Phase I - Stages 1 and 2. Resolution No. 84- 31 Page Two FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that no building permits will be Issued on the following lots until the required development bond is provided. Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 18 Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 4 Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 3 Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 2 Building permits can be issued on the other lots after the development bond is provided. FURTHER BE IT RESOLED that the street construction and concrete curb and cutter In Phase I, Stage 2 (including Ximines Lane south of 53rd Avenue) are accepted as of January 9, 1984 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Davenport , and upon vote being taken thereon the rollowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Crain Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly wwr w*• •rx
