Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a specialmeeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th da of
January 1984. The followin members were present: M Udvenport,
Z unc "5'1e s, Schneider and Crain The following members were
absent: Counci mem er Men
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resol,•tion and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 31
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
HARRISON HILLS ADDITION (79055)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated June 15, 1983,
Harrison Hills, Inc., developer of Harrison Hills Addition (79055), has agreed
to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required which was
previously
reduced to

further reduced to $17,528 to reflect the completed work
in Phase I

and 2.

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that no building permits will be Issued on the following
lots until the required development bond is provided.
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 18
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 4
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 3
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 2
Building permits can be issued on the other lots after the development bond is
provided.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLED that the street construction and concrete curb and cutter
In Phase I, Stage 2 (including Ximines Lane south of 53rd Avenue) are accepted
as of January 9, 1984 for continual maintenance subject to the one year
guarantee by the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Davenport , and upon vote being taken thereon the
rollowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
