January , 1984. The followi q members were present: -9—or Da%anport, ounce mem ers eils, Schneider and rain The following memhers were absent: Counci mem er Moen xxx xxx x�,r Councilmember Scko',eider Introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 29 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND NATHAN TRAILS PLAT TWO (A-698) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated October 5, 1981, Meadow Corporation, developer of Nathan Trails Plat Two (A-698), has aqreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT . Street Construction $128,780 5 -0 - Sanitary Sewer 47,235 -0- Watermain 55,715 -0- Storm Sewer 22,680 -n- Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 10,800 -0- Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 600 -0- Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 3,000 -0- Park and Trail Improvements -0- -0- Site Grading and Drainage Improvements 60,000 -0- Maintenance of Erosion & Sediment Control Plan 1,500 -0- Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 39,637 -0- TOTAL $369,947 S -O - That the letter of credit required be reduced from $4,831 to $0 (zero) to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Mayer Davenport , and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers lei s, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: non Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. xxx xxx xxx
