Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Stn day of

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 28
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
MISSION HILLS PARK 7TH ADDITION (A-338)
WHEREAS, n accordance with the development contract dated September 11, 1980,
Mission Hills Park 7th Partnership, developer of Mission Hills Park 7th
Addition (A-338), has agreed to install certain improvements for said
development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

Sanitary Sewer
Watermain
Storm Sewer
Boulevard Sod
Pond or Ditch Construction
Street Signs
Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaninq
Erosion Control
Site Grading
Park and Trail Improvements
Design, Administration, Inspection

That the letter of credit which was previously reduced To 55,800 be further
reduced to $0 (zero) to reflect the completed work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
• Mayor Davenport , and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers �leils,
Schneider and Crain
Ine Tollowing voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
