HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-026CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetinq of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of January = ' 1984. The follawn members were present: lTayor Davenport, Counci mem ers Neils, Schneider an tl �rgain The following members were absent: Councl Imembel Moen Councilmember Schneider Introduced the foliowinq Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 84-26 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND FERNDALE NORTH 3RD ADDITION (A-615) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated March 27, 1978, Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc., developer of Ferndale North 3rd Addition (A-615), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bondinq requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Park and Trail Improvements Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Site Grading Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts TOTAL $112,800 $ -0- 95,000 -0- 68,000 -0- 35,000 -0- 11,000 1,500 3,000 -0- 1,050 -0- 2,000 500 -0- -0- 2,000 -0- 40,000 -0- -0- -0- S369,850 52,000 That the letter of credit required which was previously reduced To $5,600 be further reduced to $2,000 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoinq Resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Davenport , and upon vote being taken thereon the rollowing vote infavor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Cou��cilmembers Neils, Schneider and Gf�ain The following voted against or abstained: none _ Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
