HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-024CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of January , 1984. The following members were presenic Pryor Davenport, Councumembers Neils, Schneider and Crain The followine members were absent: LOunciimember moen Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 24 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND BURL OAKS 2ND ADDITION (A-792) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated dune 22, 1979, Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc., developer of Burl Oaks 2nd Addition (A-792), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Park and Trail Improvements Maintenance of Erosion & Sediment Control Plan Site Grading Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Bullts TOTAL ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT $ 69,900 S-0- 52,390 -0- 40,905 -0- 30,145 -0- 5,800 -0- -0- -0- 450 -0- 1,500 -0- -0- -0- 1,000 -0- 22,000 -0- 26,890 -0- 5250,980 $-0- That the letter of credit which was previously reduced to 51,800 be further reduced to $0 (zero) to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Davenport , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Grafin the following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
