HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-022CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of Janwiry 1984. The followinq members were presenia or Davenport, , ounce mem ers Neils, Schneider and Crain The followina members were absent: Councl tmember Moen Councilmember Schneider Introduced the follcwinq Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 22 ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT POND BC -P42 PROJECT NO. 405 WHEREAS, it Is proposed to construct Pond BC -P42 In accordance with the Storm Drainage Plan; and WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosen, Anderlik & Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to • report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advisinq the Council, In a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other Improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Davenport , and upon vote being taken thberS,% Jqe follow ing voted in favor thereof:Mayor Davenport, Councilmen er hi , Schneider and Crain e following voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resclution was declared duly passed and adopted. #RM 1, 1,f if,FM
