Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetinc; of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th day- ,.r

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and roved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 21
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
SUNRISE HILLS/SKYLINE HILLS ADDITIONS
STREETS AND UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 404
WHEREAS, It is proposed to Improve Sunrise Hills/Skyline Hills Additions by the
Installation of streets with concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer watermaln,
storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a
portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 358, as amended);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
• PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed Improvements be referred to Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik & Associates for study and that the engineers be Instructed to
report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in
a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement Is feasible and as to
whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other
Improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Davenport , and upon vote being taken %tereo the ,

The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
