Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 20
REVGKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the road
hereinafter described (now designated as CSAR 61) should be revoked as a
Municipal State Aid street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCi!. OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, that the road described as follows,
to -wit;
West Medicine Lake Road from County Road 9 to 47th Avenue
be, and hereby is revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject
to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City clerk Is hereby authorized and directed
forthwith to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner
of Highways for his consideration.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Davenport , and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers lel s,
Schneider and Crain
