Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of
January 1984. The following members were present: a, r Davenport,

Councilmember Schneider Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 84-19
ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the street
hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid street under
the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, that the road described as follows,
to -wit;
Medina Road from Vicksburg Lane to Dunkirk Lane
be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid
10 Street of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of
the State of Minnesota,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk Is hereby authorized and directed
forthwith to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner
of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation
of said road or portion thereof, that the same be constructed, Improved and
maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Plymouth, to be num-
bered and known as Municipal State Aid Street.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Dayenport , and upon vote being taken thereon,.he
following voted in favor thereof:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
