Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aspecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was herd on the
9th day of January 19 84. The following members were
presence or Davenport, Uouncilmembers NeiTs—, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: Counctimember Moen
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 11
RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 337
DEVRIES 2ND ADDITION - UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted October 3, 1983, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of DeVries 2nd Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of sanitary sewer, water -
main, storm sewer, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on January 9, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:

1. That the report is hereby received and placed on file.
2. That the improvements in the report will be considered with the
final plat of DeVries 2nd Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
. Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
