Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special m-etinq of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th daof

CouncilmeMber Schneider introduced the followinq Resolution and moved its
adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 09
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
STREET EASEMENT - ZACHARY LANE
ADJACENT TO S 1/2, N 1/2, SW 1/4, SEC. 12, T 118, R 22
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Enterprise Properties has petitioned the
City Council for a vacation of the following easement:
That portion of Zachary Lane than lies within the South Half of the
North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 118, Range
22, Hennepin County, Minnesota;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of February 5, 1984
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevare. as the time and place for the public hearinq on said petition and
directs t e administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided
by law.
The motic,n for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Ciuncilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon k
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, ouncilmembers Neill, Schneider
and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
