Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of January , M4.

f�ayor Davenoort introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 07
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ERIC C. SJORKMAN FOR A HOME OCCUPATION IN THE
R -1A ZONING DISTRICT LOCATED AT 3750 PILGRIM LANE NORTH (83052)
WHEREAS, Eric C. Bjorkman has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a Home
Occupation to operate a rubbish removal service in the R -1A Zoning District at 3750
Pilgrim Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the matter at a duly called Public Hear-
ing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Eric C. Rjorkman for a
Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation to operate a rubbish removal service in
the R -1A Zoning District at 3750 Pilgrim Lane North, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Tho permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations dnd Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit Is issued to the petitioner as operator of the service and shall
not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards.
5. There shall be no outside display or storage of rubbish, salvage, or related
materials.
6. The permit shall be reviewed annually to assure compliance with the
conditions.
7. This Co,oditional Use Permit will not be valid until a Collector's License has
been approved and granted by the City Council in accordance with Section 600
of the City Code.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmembers Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: ayor�enport, Councilmeinbers Neils, Schneider
R and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
