Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetinq of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th
day of January , 19 84 . The following members were present:
Mayor Uavenport, .nuncilmem ers Neils Schneider and Crain
he following members were absent: Councilmember Moen
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following_ Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 01
APPROVING ON -SALE MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR A. R. GILL FOR MARCELLO'S PIZZA AND PASTA
WHEREAS, application for On -Sale Malt Liquor License has been received for
consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council, in accordance with
Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no
reason to deny the license request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that an On -Sale Malt Liquor License be approved for a
period from January 9, 1984 through dune 30, 1984 for Marcello's Pizza and
Pasta, Four Seasons Shopping Center, for A. R. Gill.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: 'ayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or ab_�:ained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
