The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, ouncilmembers oen, I S hneider and Threinen 0 ow ngmembers were abient., none councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption, RESOLUTION NO. 83- 705 APPROVING 1984 SALARY PLANS WHEREAS, this Council has previously adopted a salary administration prooram for employees of the City not represented by collective bargaining agenices; and WHEREAS, in accordance with those policies, the City Manager has provided this Coun- cil with a report, dated December 16, 1983, in which he has recommended the adoption of salary adjustment guide charts for 1984 and salary plans consistent with the salary administration program; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMO11TH, MINNESOTA, that the 1984 salary adjustment guide charts, as submitted by the City Manager, be and the same are hereby approved, effective January 1, 1984. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Office, Professional -Technical, and Supervisory - Administrative -Management salary plans as submitted by the City Manager in his report dated December 16, 1983, be and the same are hereby approved effective January 1, 1984. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote bei taken tom, the 0 ow na votedn favor thereof: avow avenport.
