The following members eetcllayor Davenpor ounce s-EloetT, ryeNeils, Schneider & Threinen lowing mem ers were •xr Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 699 SOLICITORS PEDDLERS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License has been received from Frank Anthony Rezack, 6228 Louisiana Ave. N.; Karl Paul Holmgren, 3407 65th Ave.; Fredric Dale Wunderlich, 7 Kaiser Ave.; Bradley Jason Groves, 9771 Cavell Circle; Greg Scott Bern, 9771 Cavell Circle; Donald Kent Terrell, 450 Ford Road; Kelly Sue Parker, 7 Kaiser Ave.; and Kelly Copus, 3418 Stevens Ave. S. to sell cable service door-to-door within Plymouth in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; and WHEREAS, the applications have been reviewed and approved by the Police Department; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the applications for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants Licenses are approved for a period beginning January 1, 1984 and endinn December 31, 1984. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen and upon vote being Taken thereon, the following vote n avor t ereo :Mayor Davenport, Counci members Moen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen Tfi—e-foMowing voted against or abstained: none lihereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
